GEORGE TSIOUTSIOULAS: Producer / Director
Over the last 16 years, George Tsioutsioulas has kept himself busy juggling a television career in front of the camera, as well as one behind the scenes. He’s hosted, produced and created shows for networks such as Omni Television, City TV, Global, W, Rogers TV, APTN, and the Biography Channel.
George has interviewed some of the biggest celebrities in the world- from Brad Pitt to Britney Spears and has done shoots in such faraway places such as Hong Kong Paris, Germany, Prague, Vegas, the Okanagan Valley, San Francisco, and Disneyworld to name just a few.
As a producer, he’s been responsible for creating several documentaries, which have aired nationally, various music, travel and entertainment shows, PSA’s and commercials, as well as corporate videos for multi-million dollar companies.

IGAL HECHT: Producer / Editor
Igal Hecht was born in Israel and moved to Canada at the age of 11. Compelled by a strong need to highlight the political clashes in Israel, he devoted his life to making documentaries and humanizing issues through images, places, people and their stories.
In 1999 Igal Hecht created Chutzpa Productions. To date Chutzpa Productions and Igal Hecht have been involved with the production of over thirty documentary films along with a slue of television show’s. Hecht has been at the helm of twenty six of these documentary films, while for the rest he served as Senior editor and post production supervisor. All of the films have been screened nationally in Canada and the United States and showcased in numerous international film festivals.
In 2005 Igal Hecht won the Bronze award for best documentary film in the Warsaw Jewish Film Festival for the controversial movie Not In My Name and critics describe Hecht’s films as “Edgy… Rattling Cages, thought provoking, and Controversial…”
This past year, 2008, was a booming year for Igal Hecht. He was involved in 13 documentary films for a variety of Canadian television channels, as an editor, director and producer. Some of the channels that have or will be showcasing some of Hecht’s work are, CBC’s – The Documentary Channel for his film Shield of Solomon, JLTV, CHANNEL M, OMNI TV, CTS television and OUTtv. As 2009 begins Hecht is set to come out with three new documentary films, which will air, on OUTtv, CTS, CBC’s the Documentary Channel, and JLTV in the United States,
Igal Hecht has set the bar with thought provoking, edgy, award winning films. Spearheading a new movement in contemporary documentary filmmaking that’s often mimicked by others, Igal Hecht continues to raise the standards and style of Canadian filmmaking.
